我们都已步入中年，在朋友、亲人团聚的时候。谈得最多的恐怕就是孩子的学习问题，在谈论时，有的眉飞色舞，称赞自己的孩子，有的摇头叹气、一筹莫展。我不知道在座的各位家长是如何看待这个问题的，我个人认为孩子听不听话，与父母的教育应该有很大的关系。
怎么做才是一个称职的家长呢？我认为：
第一、要学会赞赏与批评
有人说：好孩子是夸出来的。初听的时候人们都很激动，频频称道，甚至开导别人教育孩子时常常引用，奉为经典。可是，一旦自己的孩子犯了错误，家长们却瞬间又回归到传统的教育模式，有时免不了一顿冷嘲热讽。夸奖成了一句空话。然而，在众多的父母眼里，批评并不是一件坏事：多批评，有助于孩子认识到自己的不足之处。像现在这样孩子不夸还常常犯错误，再夸岂不是更无法无天。最让家长感到困惑的是，孩子似乎成了一个缺点的集合体，很难找到他们身上值得夸奖的地方。
在日常生活当中，我们每个人都希望得到别人的肯定，获得他人的赞赏；即使自己出现了失误，也还是希望听到朋友及家人的鼓励，而不是斥责与批评。成人尚且如此，何况是一个高中生呢，他们更需要赞赏与肯定。
比较成年人，高中生有时还不能很好分辨出善意的批评与恶语中伤，如果父母只是一味的批评，久而久之，他们就会形成一种否定的自我评价，认为自己不能达到父母的要求，父母否定或是放弃了自己，甚至破罐子破摔。因此，赞赏非常重要。父母只有经常赞赏自己的孩子，才能使他们体会到家庭的支持和安全感，从父母的肯定中变得信心十足。
赞赏固然重要，但只赞赏不批评也是不行的。批评要讲求方法。无论他们犯了怎样的错误，批评时都要就事论事，不要揪住错误不放或是攀比讽刺。这个问题在高中生家庭教育中多有发生。明明是一个很小的错误，却让有的家长们联系到从前的种种不好行为，进而将以往的错误全都数落一遍。并且在批评的过程中，常常拿其他的孩子与自己的孩子作比较，直到说得一无是处为止。下次再出现错误，又是老生常谈。而每当父母说教时，孩子们就会出现不耐烦的逆反心理，双方的关系也因此变得紧张僵化。其实，仔细想想，成人都不愿意别人当面指出自己的错误，不愿总拿自己与他人比较，孩子不也是一样吗？所以希望父母能够将严厉的斥责温和化，把解决眼前的问题作为批评教育的`目的。心平气和地摆事实讲道理，而不是用称赞别人的孩子来刺激自己的孩子。应该让孩子意识到父母温和的批评是为了顾及他们的心情和感受，是对他们的信任。这样，他们才会坦然地接受父母的批评，教育的目的才能达到。

我一直认为，孩子的教育不是考入名校，交给杰出的老师，提供优越条件就可以万事大吉。我们的孩子尽管每周在家不到2天，但是家庭生活，一言一行不可小视，避免学校奋斗五天，在家休息2天，一切又回到起点。
但是每到周末，我们有很多话要说，很多事想问，而孩子已不再像以前那么叽叽喳喳，怎么办？一般我都会关注他的表情，揣摩他的心情；留意他写作业顺序，哪些科目总是很快就完成，哪些科目总是磨磨蹭蹭，到了最后一刻，勉强了事；询问他的学校生活，有没有和师生发生摩擦；翻看他带回来的书本、笔记和作业，看看他的学习状态，同时也为有针对性联系老师打好基础，因为我们不好意思总是叨扰老师，老师也不可能不顾工作来接电话。每次和老师通话，我都会做好准备，列好条目，以便有效沟通。
关于学习，努力配合学校，做个坚强的后盾，高中阶段，学业越来越繁重，如何为孩子“松绑”，帮孩子"透气"？一般周末我都不谈学习，但是我会带一些报刊、杂志、和他一起阅读，聊一聊我的学生案例，旁测他的学习状况，做到既有目的但是又不留痕迹。
儿子这次进步，我觉得是情理之中，那是儿子的学习表现给我的信号（当然缺少不了老师的教导），就拿笔记来说，儿子的优势在数理化，他有个坏习惯动脑不动笔，无论苦口婆心、好言相劝、甚至是物质诱惑都无济于事，可是这个学期的英语和语文笔记，真的令我刮目相看，用“井井有条”“密密麻麻”形容吧，我也不知道老师用了什么秘方，反正每次浏览他的书页，我找到了当年自己高考的感觉。
儿子的成绩一直像过山车，之前，他的每次考试，与其说是我更紧张，不如说是我付出更多，有时候语文背记，我要模拟表演，英语单词要和他一起听写，但是这个学期，我只是个焦急的旁观者，他的作业速度、工整笔记、激情交流，按时作息，让我坚信：儿子已经独立啦！我已经边沿啦！
关于培训，每当看到其他孩子穿梭在各个培训学校之间，我心里七上八下，当大家在聊天软件上组班时，我积极响应，我不是一个恶搞的人，只是我想占个名额，拽住机会，可是当我面对儿子，我很难开口，又是创设情境，又是请好友邀约，结果是一次又一次被拒绝。
儿子的姐姐告诉我，曹xxxx说：“读书读书，我都读傻啦！”，我知道儿子在暗示什么，我尊重他的选择，就是在初三下学期培训过英语，同事都称我“淡定妈”，表面上很坦然，但是心里却十分忐忑，生怕孩子被拉开很大距离。但是，从小学到高中，一路走来，纵横对比，我发现：好好跟进自己的老师，更本不需要培训，即使有偏科补差，如果孩子不愿意，在哪里，什么名师，一切都是徒劳。
关于辅助资料，我的观点是：听儿子的话，跟着老师走，一方面用了才有用，另一方面老师早就考虑好，而且更专业，更权威，更适合高考。
关于手机，从不让儿子带去学校。我是个高职院校的老师，从事作为电子商务专业教学，经常带领学生利用手机处理订单，正因为如此，我深知手机对于孩子的基础科学习，如同恶魔，很多家长电话，请严格把关手机，我手机招收，但是恶果依旧，因为学生交假的、旧的、空的，看上去每个人都上交了，其实隐藏不少，这样危害更大，因为他要转入地下工作了，在厕所长时间大号，在寝室通宵，甚至翻越围墙去蹭wIfI。也许您想说，您的`孩子有自控力，但是您听说有手机的孩子出租手机创收吗？没手机的孩子节衣缩食，排队等候那难得的机会，带有商业色彩的学生情远没有以前那样纯洁和深刻。
可怜的老师，每次提着几十部手机，摔坏了学生会抱怨，被偷了家长有质疑，学生突然要打电话，家长来电要找孩子。反正偶发事件状况百出，老师根本无暇顾及。
其实最有效的办法是，不要带，只要源头控制了，作为家长配合学校，创造好无机校园，孩子就不会日思夜想，也不会为抵制诱惑带来的煎熬了，扪心自问我们俩口子管1个孩子都无能为力，怎么能要求老师管住5、60个学生呢。
关于学校和师资，请不要怀疑，更不要人云亦云，我们的老师每天从6点半到晚上10点，孩子的一举一动尽收眼底，每天除了备课、上课，教研之外，还要公布作业情况、管理手机、拍照上传作业内容，玩外围走读生争取晚自习，像个保姆、又似管家，还是个警察，就拿那张日常考核表来说，看来只是一张表，一些数字，其实凝聚老师心血无数，折射老师疲惫忙碌，我们学校安装了电子考核系统，迟到、早退等都是机处理，可就是每天的核对工作就让人焦头烂额，更何况这里是人工采集，手工记载呢。
关于早恋，我看了刘称莲《陪孩子走过高中三年——一起吃苦的幸福》，假设你担心孩子早恋，请多给他异性拥抱，就是爸爸多抱抱闺女，妈妈多接近儿子。

今天，我们虽然来自各行各业，但是目的'只有一个：为了孩子们的健康成长，为了孩子们早日成才，为了孩子们的美好未来!我们眼中的孩子，早已成为他们自己眼中的大人，所以我们就要用双重的眼光来看待他们，这就给我们家长提出了更高的要求。在伴随孩子成长的过程中，我认为以下几点尤为重要。
一、重视孩子的健康成长。这里主要包括身体健康和心理健康的成长。高中阶段，仍然是孩子们长身体的关键时期，他们的学习任务比我们上班还要辛苦，所以我们家长要提醒孩子合理膳食，不要偏食。还要重视孩子的心理健康成长，学习固然重要，教育孩子怎样做人也很重要，千万不能让他们沾染上不良的学习和生活习惯，要教育他们尊老爱幼、尊师重德、诚实守信，培养他们乐于助人、关心集体、团结协作的好品质。“做事之前先做人”，作为家长要做好表率和榜样，身教胜于言传。

三、多沟通、多交流，和孩子成为朋友。放他喜欢听的音乐，看他喜欢看的电视。聊他喜欢聊的话题。时不时的抽时间听听孩子的想法，有时候我们想不到的，孩子说的有道理的时候，我们一定要尊重他，支持他。这样才能打开孩子的心门，在学校里很多事情愿意和我们分享，思想上没有隔阂。处理问题的时候一定要讲究方式方法，切记态度粗暴，语言过激，寻找相应的对策来解决问题。上了高中的孩子，如果再用强制的办法硬管，起反作用。
四、给孩子一个温馨的家庭。现在我们和孩子呆在一起的时间越来越少了，每天一早出门，晚上回来，所以尽量制造出愉悦舒适的环境，让她紧张的神经得到充分的放松。自己尽量不出去，多留在家里陪她。
如果把孩子比喻成一棵树，我们就是园林工人，既要让他自由的生长，也要随时修剪横生的枝叶，才能保证他健康茁壮的成长，最终成才。如果把孩子比喻成风筝，我们就是风筝底下的那根线。线一定要够长给风筝足够的飞翔空间，但不管风筝飞得多高、多远，都要有底下的线牵引着，才能保证风筝不偏离方向!
